These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and laky97 ("laky97", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the laky97 website at https://laky97.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

laky97 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino platform designed for use by adults. The Platform displays all balances and transaction values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as a courtesy to Pakistani users. This does not constitute a representation that laky97 holds or claims any license issued by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.

In these Terms, the following defined terms apply unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on laky97, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) aged at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database maintained by the Platform or any applicable regulatory body.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and enforcement action is actively pursued against users.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, syndicate or gambling-related business in placing bets or using the Services.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of a current employee or director of laky97 or any of its affiliated technology partners.

By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above and that you will promptly notify laky97 if your circumstances change such that you no longer meet them. laky97 reserves the right to request supporting evidence at any time.

4.1 Account Registration

You may register only one Account per person, per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method. Multiple account registrations ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the voiding of all Balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and contact details. Any deliberate provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. laky97 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the support team immediately.

4.3 Account Currency

Accounts are maintained with balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals and wager amounts are denominated and settled in PKR. For deposits or withdrawals processed through methods denominated in other currencies, conversion will apply at the rate determined by the payment processor at the time of transaction.

laky97 requires all users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC may also be triggered at earlier stages — such as at specified deposit thresholds — at the Platform's discretion for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

5.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back, clearly legible — or a valid Pakistani or international passport. The document must not be expired.
• Proof of Age: Confirmed via the identity document listed above.
• Proof of Address (where required): A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government letter confirming your residential address, dated within the preceding three months.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph of you holding your identity document or a real-time liveness verification, as directed by the Platform's verification flow.

5.2 Document Integrity

You must never alter, crop, obscure, digitally edit or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent, altered or falsified documents is a serious breach of these Terms, will result in immediate Account closure and permanent ban, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed as available in the laky97 cashier. Available methods may change from time to time and availability is not guaranteed. The reference to payment method names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other provider — on this Platform does not constitute a partnership, endorsement or guarantee of availability. Always verify current availability in the cashier before initiating a transfer.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• laky97 does not accept deposits made from funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed.
• laky97 does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges independently.
• Deposits are non-refundable once wagering has commenced, except in cases of Platform error.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified Accounts regardless of Account Balance. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an alternative method verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per rolling period; current limits are displayed in the cashier.
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before any associated bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money Balance (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn independently subject to compliance with these Terms.
• laky97 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds. This may extend processing times.
• Processing timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and are subject to delays arising from the payment provider's own processing cycles.
• Withdrawals will be declined and Accounts suspended if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other prohibited conduct.

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus amounts are illustrative unless confirmed in a specific, active promotional offer visible to your Account.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to certain game types, bet sizes or sports markets. Check specific offer terms for eligible contribution rates.
• laky97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or technical error.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

laky97 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to guarantee return regardless of outcome; using multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and other wagering activities on the Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately in the Platform's Help Centre and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and the stake is deducted from your Balance. Acceptance is not guaranteed — bets may be declined at the Platform's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Odds on in-play markets change rapidly; once confirmed, in-play bets are binding.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error or system malfunction resulting in clearly incorrect odds, laky97 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Account Balance.
• Cricket markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments and T20 leagues — are subject to governing body rulings on match outcomes. laky97 has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL or ICC.
• Void rules apply where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not meet the conditions required for settlement of a given market, as specified in the applicable sport rules.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed at bet placement.

Casino and live dealer games are provided through third-party technology partners. laky97 does not operate its own Random Number Generator (RNG) infrastructure. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) rates and payout mechanics are determined by the originating game studio and are displayed within each game interface.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the respective technology partner. laky97 makes no representation as to the outcome of any game.
• Technical interruptions during a live dealer session will be managed in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned.
• RTP figures for slots and table games are indicative industry figures and relate to long-term statistical averages, not individual session outcomes.
• Casino games contribute to bonus wagering requirements at rates specified in the relevant promotion terms — typically at a lower rate than sports betting or not at all; verify before playing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age.
• Using another person's Account or payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Colluding with other users, affiliates or third parties to exploit pricing, bonuses or system features.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for individual human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid AML thresholds, or using the Platform as a vehicle for processing illicit funds.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Any conduct that constitutes match-fixing or insider betting in connection with any sporting event.

laky97 may suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• A requirement under applicable law, regulation or a direction from a competent authority.
• Your request for self-exclusion.
• Technical, security or integrity reasons at the Platform's discretion.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Where Account closure is initiated by you voluntarily, any real-money Balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to you via the withdrawal method on file, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

laky97 is committed to providing tools and information to support responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your finances, relationships or wellbeing, please use the tools available and seek support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through Account Settings. Reduction of limits takes effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration and receive reminders when your limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite suspension of your Account through the support team. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, laky97, its officers, employees, affiliates and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether direct or indirect.
• Any betting or gaming loss incurred on the Platform, including losses arising from incorrect odds, system errors or settlement disputes, except where directly caused by laky97's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Services due to technical failure, maintenance, regulatory requirement or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws before using the Platform.
• Third-party payment processing fees, delays or failures outside laky97's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

All content on the laky97 Platform — including but not limited to the laky97 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, odds data and game interfaces — is the proprietary property of laky97 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from laky97.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the laky97 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

laky97 collects personal data — including identity documents, contact details and transaction records — for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, fraud prevention and customer support. Data is not sold to third parties. Users have the right to access, correct and request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. laky97 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email and/or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For Pakistani users: this clause does not override, remove or qualify your obligations under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The choice of governing law in this agreement does not imply that laky97 is licensed, regulated or approved by any Pakistani governmental, financial or regulatory body.
